Apparently Shaun White plays guitar in this band... And in a nonsensical way, it makes me wish I didn't like this song as much as I did....but alas, I do. And that's OK. Let's rock.
Bad Things - Anybody
ps - if i had a vote, i would've voted for her...but i don't
I don't know whether to compare MØmore to Lorde or Lana Del Rey, but maybe she's a little bit of both. She's normally a bit more dark and brooding than this one, but I wanted to get the dance party started.
I'll never understand the vitriol against Beady Eye. No, it's not vintage Oasis, and no, they're not doing anything particularly revolutionary, but overall, it's pretty solid stuff. I particularly like this one. Also, as previously mentioned on this thing, I'm a sucker for horns.
Totally meant to post this one last week... in honor of the 10-year anniversary of Kanye's The College Dropout, my favorite rap/hip-hop album of all time. While this one may not be my favorite track on there (that honor probably still goes to 'Jesus Walks'...and if you wanna go kitschy, it's the first half of 'The New Workout Plan) here's the track that when I first heard it, I knew this album was going to be something special.
I fell like I could very well find this song incredibly annoying at some point, but for now, it totally works for me, and, therefore, I proclaim it Frazier Approved.
I guess there's always some sort of validation when a song you've been listening to for more than a year starts getting some radio play... hashtag music elitist
Cherub - Doses & Mimosas
ps - and on the radio they can't even play half the chorus...
